Concept: Organizing a full-scale restaurant experience in an intimate setting. The main focus is on the elegant presentation of dishes at the venue, impeccable taste, and absolute comfort for the client and their guests.

Creative concept and project objectives

The client approached the agency Exclusive for You with the desire to host a celebration at their own venue while completely avoiding the hassle associated with food preparation, plating, and service. Our team had to solve several key tasks:

  • Create an exquisite buffet line that would harmoniously complement the interior and become the visual centerpiece of the evening.
  • To propose a menu combining light cold appetizers, succulent seafood, hot dishes, and fresh summer berries.
  • To provide a full service cycle—from the individual selection of tableware to the final cleanup after the event.

Menu and Serving Aesthetics

When developing the menu, we focused on light beverages and seasonal textures. Each dish is presented in a convenient portion-sized format, allowing guests to mingle freely and enjoy the appetizers without being tied to their tables.

Cold appetizers and bruschetta

Classic European flavor combinations with a modern twist:

  • Bruschetta with shrimp and avocado: toasted baguette with creamy guacamole, grilled tiger shrimp, and fresh parsley leaves.
  • Prosciutto and pear bruschetta: thin slices of cured meat with slices of ripe pear, fresh arugula, and a drizzle of aged balsamic vinegar.
  • Prosciutto and olive skewers: a delicate arrangement of the meat delicacy shaped like buds with large green olives on simple skewers.
  • Brie and Pecan Skewers: a harmonious combination of blue cheese, pecan halves, and fresh grapes.
  • Bruschetta with Roasted Peppers: grilled sweet peppers with balsamic cream on tender cream cheese.

Hot appetizers and seafood

The hearty part of the menu, served in a buffet-friendly format:

  • Salmon skewers: juicy cubes of salmon baked on wooden skewers with cherry tomatoes, garnished with green onions.
  • Sweet chili shrimp: individual grilled tiger shrimp served in small cups with a sweet-and-sour sauce.
  • Roasted baby potatoes: young potatoes in their skins, roasted with spices and herbs, served with butter and fresh dill (served hot).

Fresh seasonal berries

A light and refreshing highlight of the evening:

  • Berry cups: individual servings of fresh blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, cherries, and raspberries, garnished with fresh mint.

Our team took full responsibility for the culinary aspect of the event. The buffet line had an aesthetic and modern look, attracting guests with its vibrant and neat presentation.
