2. Booking and Payment Terms

2.1. Event Booking
– You may request event services by filling out our online form or contacting us directly.
– A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm the booking, and full payment must be received by the agreed-upon date.

  • 2.2. Pricing and Payment
    All prices are stated in dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
    – Payments may be made by Zelle (q0133003@gmail.com), and all fees must be paid before the event.
    – If there are outstanding balances after the event, Exclusive-4 You reserves the right to charge interest or take legal action.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. Client Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to q0133003@gmail.com.
  • Refunds, if any, are subject to our cancellation policy, which will be disclosed during booking. Deposit fees are generally non-refundable.

3.2. Provider Cancellations
Exclusive-4 You reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or offer an alternative solution.

4. Policies and Responsibilities

4.1. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring that the event details and requirements provided are accurate.
  • You must adhere to all rules and regulations at the event location and ensure your guests do the same.

4.2. Liability

  • Exclusive-4 You will not be liable for damages, losses, or injuries occurring during the event, except as required by law.
  • Clients and guests assume all risks associated with the event.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, images, text, and videos, is owned by Exclusive-4 You. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without our written consent.

6. Privacy Policy

7. Third-Party Vendors
